  • Double Chocolate
    My signature rich truffle chocolate cake with melted chocolate buttercream.

    Salted Caramel
    Vanilla sponge or my signature chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel sauce.

    Carrot
    Moist, lightly spiced cake packed with carrots and pecans with vanilla bean or orange buttercream

    Rich Brandy Fruit
    Rich, dark, spiced cake packed with juicy brandy-soaked fruits and nuts. Matured and steeped in brandy for at least three months.

    Vanilla & Strawberry
    Vanilla sponge with strawberry conserve and vanilla buttercream

    Zesty Lemon
    Lemon sponge infused with zesty lemon with buttercream and tangy lemon curd.

    White Chocolate & Raspberry
    White chocolate and raspberry sponge layered with raspberry buttercream and raspberry conserve.

    Peach & Prosecco (contains alcohol)
    Peach and prosecco infused sponge drizzled with prosecco syrup and layered with vanilla buttercream and peach preserve.

    White Chocolate, Lemon & Blueberry
    White chocolate sponge scattered with blueberries layered with lemon buttercream and blueberry preserve.

    Chocolate Caramel
    A rich Chocolate mud cake filled with a salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel sauce.

    Biscoff
    Biscoff filled brown sugar vanilla cake filled with a layer biscoff and vanilla butter cream.

    Red Velvet
    Red in colour with a light Chocolate taste paired with a white chocolate buttercream.

    Pink Champagne
    Pink in colour sponge Champagne infused sponge Drizzled with a champagne syrup and layered with a Vanilla buttercream.

    Coffee & Walnut
    Coffee sponge with walnut pieces and a coffee buttercream filling

    Cookies & Cream
    A rich Chocolate sponge with Oreo pieces and Oreo buttercream.

    As the taste of your cake is just as important as the design, cake tasting is available when you visit for a consultation or alternatively you can order a sample box. I want to ensure that your cake tastes as beautiful as it looks. I will happily advise on the best combinations to suit and strive to use the best ingredients possible.

    All my cakes contain dairy, wheat and eggs and are made in an environment where nuts and soya are present and therefore, I cannot guarantee that my cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients.

    All my cakes are all covered in a layer of chocolate ganache before icing them. Ganache is a mix of melted chocolate and cream. Ganache also enables me to achieve a sharp edge.

    Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances and I will do my best to cater for your needs.
